Here you can:

1) Purchase a Discount Card to use at multiple venders in our area for $10.00.

2) Purchase a School Directory for $10.00.

3) Make an in kind donation to help the Cleveland Elementary PTO.

Please fill out the form below and click "Submit" to make a purchase or donation.

If you need to pay with credit card, you will be contacted by phone.
If you prefer to pay by check, please send the check to the school in an envelope directed to "Cleveland PTO Treasurer." In the memo section of the check, please indicate what the check is for.
